It’s no secret that a lot of heavier bands, especially metal bands, have been overlooked by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
During a chat with Kerrang, Nikki Sixx was asked about the possibility of playing live again and during his response, the Rock Hall talk came up.
“I was actually doing an interview with Tommy (Lee) a couple of weeks ago, and we were asked if we would ever play together again. And Tommy said, ‘I don’t know. Maybe if we got into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or something, we could dust off a couple of our old classics,’” recalled Sixx. “I was, like, ‘Really?’ And he said, ‘Why not?’ But we don’t have any plans because we were told by the Hall of Fame that we would never get in, because of how we’ve acted, so that’s kind of it.”
Nikki and the crüe have been doing alot of interviews recently for the promotion of their new bio-graphic 'The Dirt'. Starring Douglas Booth, Colson Baker (Machine Gun Kelly), Daniel Webber and Iwan Rheon. The movie is on Netflix now!
